Delivery Time

The delivery time is within 1-5 days from the handover of the shipment to the carrier within the Czech Republic. The buyer is obliged to take over the goods from the carrier, check the integrity of the packaging, the number of packages and in case of any discrepancies immediately notify the carrier. Invoice, tax document are included in the package, or it can be downloaded to your account after login. In the case of cash on delivery, the proof of payment is handed over to the carrier and withdraws cash.In case of payment to the account in advance, the goods will be shipped in the next Pnděl after receipt of payment to the account specified in the order confirmation.

Shipments are sent once a week on Mondays or Tuesdays following receipt of a binding order on condition that all documents are received and if the goods are in stock. The term of delivery shall be extended proportionately to the circumstances if the delay is due to force majeure or circumstances not caused by the seller. Most of the goods are still in stock. However, some manufacturers will not report a production outage or delay in delivery on time. If it is an important order, the buyer asks the seller for a written order confirmation. In the event that the ordered goods are not in stock or cannot be delivered to the carrier for shipment within the aforementioned term, the Seller shall announce the expected delivery date or offer another comparable product. In this case, however, requires the approval of the buyer. The delivery time is considered to be a timely fulfillment if the goods are ready for delivery at the place of delivery no later than the last day of the agreement or additional agreement on the delivery time.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order if the order information is incomplete or raises doubts about the customer's actual intention to order the goods.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the case of ordering to another EU Member State without prior agreement, in the case of an order in CZK, in the case of shipping within the Czech Republic

Cancel Order, Cancel

The buyer is entitled to cancel an order without giving a reason within 2 hours of dispatch. (After 2 hours, the operator starts processing the order). Cancellation of the order send us to our e-mail, we will send you a confirmation of cancellation of the order.

If the buyer claims to return the goods (withdrawal from the purchase contract) according to Act No. 367/2000 Coll., the seller refunds the amount paid by the customer for the returned goods within 14 working days of delivery of the returned goods to the seller's address. Seller does not refund shipping and handling.

Shipping Cost

The price specified in the order is valid only for the Czech Republic for the specific carrier. Shipping outside the Czech Republic. is only possible after the order has been confirmed and confirmed. The seller may change the carrier's choice without notice to the customer based on the current workload and with respect to delivery time.
